Aveeno Positively Nourishing Hair Care Collection

I have naturally long, thick, and curly hair, although unless you've known me my entire life, you wouldn't know my hair is curly because I am always at the salon getting a blow-dry or flat ironing it myself at home.

Not only that, but I'm also not a naturally blonde! I know—shocking, right? Truth is, my hair colour is brown, but I love being a blonde. Which means, sadly, my hair is majorly damaged, because I've been highlighting it for years and years. And with all the frequent blow-drying, it's just not as healthy as it should be, and I'm beginning to really notice.

I started using the Positively Nourishing Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner on my recent trip to Florida—all that time swimming in the ocean and all the pools meant my hair needed help, and this combination of hair care products certainly helped—the Aveeno Positively Nourishing Moisture Conditioner is my favourite, because it leaves my hair soft, easy to brush, and and silky smooth. I've noticed I'm losing less hair when I brush, too, which is great.

The conditioner is actually designed to help the driest hair with a fusion of gentle conditioners and moisturizers with Active Naturals Wheat Complex being the key moisturizing ingredient. I love that every time I use this shampoo and conditioner, my hair is being brought back to life. It's already stronger, softer, shinier, and healthier. It's far from perfect, but hopefully with time, the damage won't be as bad!
